About Webpage to PDF

Useful web content deserves a better way to travel.

Webpage to PDF saves webpages as documents for reading, printing, and sharing. The website converts public URLs in the cloud; the browser extension converts the page you already have open locally. Both offer Quick, Custom, and Visual workflows.

Why we built it

A webpage is temporary. Its value may not be.

Articles change, receipts disappear, references move, and online layouts are rarely designed for printing. Saving a webpage as a PDF creates a stable document for research, records, offline reading, review, or sharing.

Long layouts, floating banners, delayed images, and responsive designs often need more control than a print dialog provides. Quick preserves appearance, Custom sets the document layout, and Visual lets you choose what stays.

Cloud conversion opens public URLs independently of your browser. The extension handles a different case: saving content already open in your own tab, including pages you have signed in to view. It does not bypass sign-in or website verification. The extension is available on the Chrome Web Store.

Product principles

Designed around the document you need

The online PDF converter follows four practical principles as the conversion tools evolve.

01

Readable results

Preserve the content and visual context that make a webpage useful after it leaves the browser.

02

Control where it matters

Offer a fast default workflow, detailed PDF settings, and visual editing without forcing every user through every option.

03

Clear expectations

Explain what public URLs, dynamic content, account allowances, conversion failures, and each output mode actually mean.

04

Limited browser context

Cloud conversion uses a public URL without your personal browser session. Local extension conversion uses the page open in your tab. Choose the workflow that fits the content you are permitted to save.

Keep what matters

Turn the next useful webpage into a document.

Try the converter now, explore every setting in the guides, or contact support when a public webpage does not produce the result you expected.
