Can I keep converting webpages for free?
Yes. You can convert for 10 minutes daily without an account. Create an account and complete email verification to receive a separate 30-minute daily allowance for website Quick, Custom and Visual.
What does Pro include?
Pro adds 30 minutes of daily cloud conversion to the 30 minutes granted after email verification, for a total of 60 minutes. It also includes extension Visual editing and export; no separate extension subscription is needed.
What do I get if I buy only the extension?
The extension subscription unlocks its local Visual editor and export. It does not add cloud conversion time: an email-verified free account keeps its 30-minute daily website allowance.
Do I need both Pro and an extension subscription?
No. Pro already includes extension Visual access. Choose the standalone extension subscription if you want local Visual without upgrading your website cloud allowance.
Is website Visual the same as extension Visual?
No. Website Visual is available to registered users and uses the website conversion-time allowance. Extension Visual edits elements directly in your open browser page and exports locally; it requires an extension subscription or Pro. The two editors use separate conversion workflows.
Does the extension work with pages I am already signed in to?
The extension works on the page open in your browser, so you can sign in and load the content before editing. It does not bypass sign-in or website restrictions. Browser-protected pages cannot be handled like normal webpages.
What happens when I click Quick or Custom in the extension?
The extension opens the website with your current tab selected and starts the chosen conversion workflow. You review progress and results on the website. These buttons are separate from the paid extension Visual editor.
Will a service failure use my allowance?
No. A failure caused by the service does not consume a conversion allowance. Invalid requests are rejected before processing begins.
Which billing periods are available?
Pro is available monthly or yearly. The standalone extension subscription is available every six months or yearly. Each product has the same features across its billing periods; the selected price covers the entire stated period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Paid access continues through the paid period. When it ends, your free registered account remains available; extension Visual requires an active extension or Pro subscription.
