Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Webpage to PDF, including its website, browser extension, webpage conversion, accounts, paid features, API credits, support, and Affiliate program.

Complete Terms
Please read these Terms before using Webpage to PDF or purchasing a paid plan or credit pack.
1The service
Webpage to PDF converts webpages into downloadable PDFs through its website and browser extension. Cloud conversion opens publicly accessible HTTP/HTTPS URLs. Extension local conversion uses a page you already have open, including authorized signed-in content and HTTP/HTTPS development pages you can access. Quick preserves page appearance, Custom provides PDF layout controls, and Visual supports editing before export.
The service also includes accounts, paid features, usage allowances, API credits, support and an optional Affiliate program. Extension Visual requires sign-in and Pro or extension access. Browser permissions and supported page types affect which pages can be converted.
2Eligibility and accounts
You may use anonymous features without an account where they are offered. Account-only features require accurate registration information and a verified email address. You must be legally able to accept these Terms.
Keep your password, recovery codes, and active sessions secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3URLs, content, and permissions
Only submit webpages that you are permitted to access and convert. You are responsible for the URL, conversion settings, edits, generated files, and how you use or share the result.
Only convert content you are authorized to access and save. Do not bypass authentication, paywalls or other access controls, or violate the source website's terms. Being signed in does not by itself grant permission to copy or share content. A successful conversion does not grant rights to the source material.
4Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe networks without authorization, access cloud metadata endpoints, overload websites, evade quotas or security checks, or interfere with other users. Cloud conversion must not target private or local network addresses; this does not prohibit using the extension to save your own authorized local development pages.
We may apply URL checks, rate limits, concurrency limits, anonymous identifiers, human verification, and other safeguards. You may not circumvent or manipulate those controls.
5Conversion results
Webpages are dynamic and may change while they are being loaded. Login requirements, bot protection, scripts, media, fonts, delayed content, browser differences, and third-party failures can affect the result. You should inspect each PDF before relying on it.
We do not promise that every webpage can be converted or that a PDF will reproduce every interactive, animated, protected, or browser-specific feature exactly.
6Usage allowances and API credits
Anonymous users, registered users, and paid plans may receive different conversion-time allowances. API access may use a separate credit balance. Current limits, reset periods, and included features are shown on the website, pricing page, or account page.
Cloud conversions consume the applicable allowance according to processing time or the stated API credit rule; failed cloud conversions do not consume conversion time. Extension local conversion does not consume the website's cloud conversion-time allowance. Paid-feature access requirements still apply. Attempts to evade metering or create duplicate identities may lead to restricted access.
7Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Paid checkout is processed by Stripe. A Pro subscription renews automatically for its selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal; cancellation normally affects future renewal and does not erase already completed charges.
One-time API credit packs do not renew. Prices, included allowances, taxes, discounts, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed digital-service purchases are non-refundable. Contact support if a charge or entitlement is incorrect.
8Affiliate program and third-party services
Affiliate participation is optional and is also governed by the current Affiliate Program rules. Referral statistics and commission amounts shown in an account remain estimates until reviewed and approved for payment.
The service relies on providers such as Cloudflare and Stripe and may use configured email, authentication, analytics, or advertising providers. Their services, availability, and separate terms are outside our control.
9Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Webpage to PDF website, software, branding, interface, and original content. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
Rights in a submitted webpage and its content remain with their respective owners. You retain any rights you already have in your own content and generated files, subject to the rights of the source-content owners.
10Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, infrastructure, payment integrity, or the service, or when these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account controls to cancel subscriptions, end sessions, or request account deletion. Records that must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or legal obligations may remain after account closure.
11Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in writing, including uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and exact reproduction of third-party webpages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account notices.
Questions about these Terms, billing, or use of the service can be sent to support@webpagetopdf.dev.
